All intellectual property created during project delivery shall vest in the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing materials, templates, or proprietary frameworks belonging to Brisk, which remain our exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRISK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific services giving rise to such claim.

9. Termination


Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination clause defined in the respective contract. Access to the website may be terminated without notice in case of misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
